(or was it win98?)Actually, the actual message was 'Click here to begin', and was first featured in 'Chicago' a few months before the name was changed from Windows 4.0 to Windows 95 in August 1994, with the earliest build publically available to have this minor charactoristic being Build 122 from June 10th, 1994. Remember to add that horrible 'Click here to star!' arrow that points to the start button These days everything is just pastel and shiny or glossy, no contrast.
